Booking procedure, payment terms and remittance

If you want to stay at the closest homes to Disney, ask your dad/mom to contact us to check if the house you want is available and how much you need.
Your booking will be considered final only when your dad/mom has given a reservation deposit and the booking form has been received and when we have the booking.
To make things a little easier for dad/mom, they can, as an alternative, complete their reservation online via our secure reservations system 24/7.
Your mom/dad should pay the remaining balance 8 weeks before you arrive at the village.
Tell dad/mom that bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival are payable in full at the time of booking.
You can change your booking, and we will do our best to do this. But mom/dad must pay a charge for this service.
The amount you pay includes the payment for us to clean the house before you arrive and one after you leave. If you are staying less than 7 days, you will pay a cleaning charge.

Furnishings, contents, and decor
The layout and size of the homes are just like those on the pictures in this website. But the pieces of furniture, contents, and decorations inside may be different, but of course, they will still be as beautiful.

Security deposit
Your parents need to give their credit card details as security against loss or damage to the houses. Don't worry, we will not take any amount from their card unless we found out that you have lost or damaged something, including leaving the house in such a condition that we need to spend an extraordinary amount of time cleaning it.

Payment methods
Tell daddy that we accept all forms of major credit cards (Mastercard, VISA, Diners, AMEX) as well as PayPal.

Cancellation

If you change your mind, you can cancel the booking any time, but you need to pay cancellation charges.
Tell dad that cancellation must be written down. We can also cancel the booking if payment has not been received on the agreed dates.

If your dad/mom cancels a booking, you need to pay any of the following:

Cancellation done 8 weeks or more beforehand - loss of full reservation deposit
4 to 8 weeks before arrival - 50% of the total rental charge
Less than 4 weeks before arrival - 100% of the total rental charge

If you want to enjoy the magic, why cancel your booking? Tell your mom/dad to book properly and pay on time! or else you’ll miss the fun.

Cancellation by us
Although we doubt if this would happen, if we cancel your booking, we will refund you as soon as possible with the full amount you have paid.

Exceptions to Liability
The rental address can change without notice, because of circumstances beyond our control. A property of similar or even better quality will be provided for you. You are at all times contracting with Estrella vacionnes SL trading (a company incorporated in Spain). Estrella del Amanecer SL trading as The Magic Vacation Homes ("The Magic Vacation Homes") , its agents or homeowners accept no responsibility or liability for loss of personal items while staying in the property, or after departure. So be careful with your things, OK?

Tell mom and dad that they must at all times supervise you and other children in using the pool and other facilities. The Magic Vacation Homes, its agents or homeowners accept no responsibility or liability for failure of equipment in the rental property. After notification of equipment failure, The Magic Vacation Homes will fix the problem in a proper and timely manner. Don't worry. We'll take care of you but also take care of yourselves.
