Frequently Asked Questions

What are the check-in and check-out times?

• The magical homes are open for you after 4.00pm , Florida time.
• The magical house must be vacated by 10.00am , Florida time, on the day of departure.
• Only the persons listed on the booking form can stay in the booked house.

Insects and pests

• Insects and pests are naturally present in Florida . This is normal and we should just let it be.
• The magical homes receive periodic pest control treatment. But if we see that pests in your vacation house are bothering you seriously, we will act properly.

Is there transportation to the parks?
Rides going to most theme parks and several shopping malls are available. The schedule changes monthly and is displayed inside the Windsor Hills on-site sundry shop.

Is the the pool heated?
Windsor Hills Resort is the perfect vacation place. We have an Olympic-size swimming pool in the clubhouse complex. All guests can use it and it is heated for free during winter.

Do you provide air conditioning and heat?
Yes, our magical homes have pre-set central air-conditioning and heating system.

Are your kitchens fully equipped?
Your mom will be happy. Each magical home has a fully-equipped kitchen which has cooking utensils, silverware, dishes, stoves, microwave, refrigerator (with ice maker), coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher, everything you need for the perfect Disney vacation!

Are linens and towels available?
Yes, sufficient linen and towels are available in our magical homes.

What about our clothes?
Don’t worry. There is a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board in each magical home.

Are there cleaning supplies?  
We provide regular cleaning items such as a mop, broom, dustpan, and vacuum. Because here, your vacation is self-catering, you will be responsible for other needs, such as soap etc. To make it easier for you, there’s an on-site shop, supermarkets, and grocery stores near the resort where you can ask mom to buy your other needs.

Is the vacation home cleaned daily?
Our magical homes are cleaned before you arrive and after you leave (usually this is included in the price). Tell mom that we can clean and make your home shine for an additional cost.

Can dad or uncle smoke in the village?
No, our magical homes are NON SMOKING. We follow Florida State Laws. So tell dad and uncle that they can’t smoke inside, OK?

Can I bring my pet in the magical house?
No, we do not allow pets in our village. Don’t worry, you’ll have enough fun without your pet!

What is the splash pool and spa?
The Magic Villas - The screened-in pool is right outside the large sliding door. It is of moderate size and can be used as a pool for relaxing, or as a spa. It has steps and seats inside along one side for sitting and is around 5 foot deep (it's not so deep so we're sure you can swim easily). Pool heat is available, although there is a fee payable and this should be arranged in advance.
The Magic Palace - The screened-in pool and jacuzzi are right outside the large sliding door. The pool is big and you can have a proper swim. Again, pool heat is available (fee payable) and this should be ordered at the time of booking.

Where do we get the keys?
Pick up the keys at our management on-site.  You will be given a complete check-in package. If you arrive late, we have an out-of-hours key collection policy.

What if something is not working at our magical house?
We have a local management company available to maintain the quality of our magical homes. You will be given their telephone number in case there’s a problem with your magical house.

Does the lanai have screens?
Oh yes! Our lanai has a fine mesh screen that allows in the wonderful Florida sunshine but keeps the pest bugs out.

How many people can stay in our homes?
We follow Florida State license. Our 3-bedroom magical homes (The Magic Villa 1, The Magic Villa 2 The Magic Villa 3, The Magic Villa 4, The Magic Villa 5 & The Magic Villa 6)) can house no more than 8 guests each (2 in the living room on either a pull out sofa or rollaway bed). The Magic Palace can house no more than 12 guests (2 in the lounge on a rollaway bed).

Are all the resort amenities included in the price?
Yes. All of our facilities are free for you at no extra charge.

How far are the magical homes from the clubhouse?
The Magic Villas & The Magic Palace are some of the closest homes to the clubhouse. You can view the exact location of our homes by visiting our Resort Map page.

Use of swimming pool and spa

• Swimming pools and spas can be dangerous for you. Always have your mom/dad or any adult with you before you dive in.
• For your safety, no bubble bath or similar liquids can be used in the pool or spa.

Loss and damage
If you lose or destroy any of our facilities, equipments, or other items, your mom/dad has to pay for it. Be careful while having fun.
